Eligibility: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your furniture.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Non-returnable Items: Custom-made furniture, clearance items, and personalized products cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 working days via your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We only replace items that are damaged or defective.
